Located in San Leandro, California, owner and baker Lauren Fischer specializes in naturally leavened sweet and savory breads and pastries made with high quality, seasonal, and local ingredients.

I (Lauren) started Bread Bunny as a creative outlet while working full-time in Data Science. After having twin boys and moving, I realized I needed to shake things up and turn this passion of mine into a business. Bread Bunny is fueled by the joy I get from working with my hands and the excitement I get from dreaming up rich, chocolatey desserts and cheesy breads.
